We enable Self awareness through formal assessments in alignment with development of each student’s capabilities and strengths. We help foster all-round development through a wide range of activities. Students build physical strength and discipline through sports, yoga, karate, archery, skating, and traditional arts like Silambam. Creativity thrives in dance and performing arts, while leadership and teamwork are nurtured in Scouts & Guides, Cubs & Bulbuls, and NCC Air Wing. These dynamic experiences instill confidence, resilience, and a strong sense of discipline. By integrating academics with co-curricular excellence, we ensure an internal transformation that shapes students into well-rounded individuals. For children who are desirous of channelising their careers to alternate paths like Sports etc, we offer Open Schooling through NIOS.

Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) helps students manage emotions, build empathy, and develop strong social skills. Our Innerverse program for Grades 3 and 4 nurtures emotional intelligence through a holistic six-pillar approach, fostering confidence and resilience. Prioritizing student safety, we have introduced CACA (Children Against Child Abuse) for UKG to Grade 9, educating children on their rights, safe spaces, and reporting skills. These initiatives empower students to navigate challenges with awareness, empathy, and confidence. Students are taught to respect helpers and housekeeping staff and honour them for their efforts.

We integrate UNESCO's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into our curriculum, ensuring education with a global impact. Our students actively participate in Generation Global dialogue series, a collaboration with the Tony Blair Institute, UK, enhancing their critical thinking and global perspectives. Additionally, they engage in India MUN, refining their diplomatic and leadership skills. At Jayendra, women empowerment and girl child liberation is a core objective. We have supported women and girls from various sections of the society to pursue teaching and spread their knowledge. Great learners become passionate educators. We work on the emotional intelligence of teachers from disadvantaged sections and based on qualifications, we continuously invest in their growth. Teachers receive funding to attend workshops, enhancing their skills and staying updated with the latest educational trends. We foster a supportive environment where teachers feel valued and have the freedom to design course plans and adopt effective pedagogical approaches. Regular professional development sessions ensure they integrate modern technology into teaching. With unwavering support in student-teacher and parent-teacher relationships, Jayendra nurtures a dynamic and empowered teaching community. We have also empowered the children of many women who have worked with us in housekeeping and maintenance activities of the school by providing free education. We provide medical care support to those who have served the Trust and its educational institutions. The children of these women have attained career goals which has supported their families.

The Trust is dedicated to preserving Indian heritage by integrating spiritual and cultural learning into education. With a goal of national integration, we work with diverse audience and respect all religions and their customs. Students are taught slokas, fostering a deep-rooted connection to ancient wisdom. To instill devotion and focus, we conduct Hayagreeva Pooja for board students, seeking blessings for academic success. Our Heritage Club actively engages students in traditional games, ensuring they stay connected to our cultural roots. Students visit all religious places and are encouraged to understand the deep roots of our traditions and history. Regular visits to heritage sites in Coimbatore provide firsthand exposure to history and architecture. Collaborating with INTACH Club, we work towards heritage conservation and awareness. Through the Share and Care Club, students actively support the underprivileged, fostering generosity. The Paws and Claws Club ensures abandoned puppies receive love and care, teaching kindness towards animals. Our commitment to social causes includes cleaning rivers, restoring Singanallur Lake, and contributing to Vellalore’s transformation by setting up a butterfly park. Affiliated with the World Skill Council, the academy offers Bharat Sevak Samaj (BSS) courses, equipping adults with essential skills for today’s world. Public awareness sessions on waste segregation and composting promote sustainable living. By distributing compost bins and encouraging eco-friendly practices, we help create a cleaner environment. Our cycle rallies advocate for fitness and green transportation, inspiring healthier lifestyles.
